General Notice

Booter Radio features music, audio, lyrics, artwork, branding, and other creative material produced, commissioned, licensed, generated, or otherwise made available for entertainment and promotional purposes.

Some music broadcast or distributed through Booter Radio may incorporate artificial intelligence-assisted production, including AI-generated or AI-assisted vocals, instrumentation, arrangements, sound design, artwork, or other creative elements. Some lyrics, concepts, arrangements, editing, production decisions, and other creative contributions may be original human-created material.

The availability of any song, recording, broadcast, stream, file, or other content through Booter Radio does not automatically grant permission for unrestricted commercial use, redistribution, resale, republication, sampling, synchronization, modification, or representation of that material as another person's original work.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Booter Radio and its operators make reasonable efforts to use original, properly licensed, authorized, public-domain, or otherwise lawfully usable material.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrighted works, character names, company names, product names, logos, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Any reference to a company, creator, person, product, service, platform, game, device, brand, fictional character, or other third-party property is not intended to imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, ownership, or affiliation unless specifically stated.

Booter Radio does not intentionally claim ownership of intellectual property belonging to another rights holder.

Reporting Copyright Claims, Strikes, or Other Rights Issues

If you are a copyright owner, authorized representative, platform administrator, distributor, artist, publisher, record label, or other rights holder and believe that material associated with Booter Radio infringes your rights, please report the matter promptly.

Copyright notices, copyright strikes, content identification claims, licensing concerns, trademark concerns, ownership disputes, takedown requests, or similar issues should be reported to:

Please include as much of the following information as possible:

1. Your name and contact information.
2. The name of the copyright owner or rights holder you represent, if applicable.
3. Identification of the song, recording, broadcast, artwork, video, webpage, stream, or other material involved.
4. The specific copyrighted or protected work you believe is affected.
5. A link, timestamp, screenshot, platform notification, claim number, strike notice, or other information identifying the issue.
6. A description of the rights you believe are being infringed.
7. Any licensing or ownership information that may help verify the claim.
8. The action you are requesting.

Booter Radio will make a reasonable effort to review legitimate notices and, where appropriate, remove, replace, mute, restrict, correct, dispute, or otherwise address affected content.

Submitting a notice does not automatically constitute an admission of infringement, wrongdoing, liability, or ownership by Booter Radio or its operators.

Platform Copyright Strikes and Automated Claims

Digital platforms may use automated copyright identification, fingerprinting, matching, moderation, or content recognition systems. These systems may occasionally generate incorrect, overlapping, duplicate, or disputed claims.

Booter Radio cannot guarantee that material believed to be original, licensed, authorized, AI-assisted, or otherwise lawfully used will never receive an automated copyright claim, demonetization notice, restriction, takedown, strike, or other platform action.

If you encounter a copyright strike, automated content claim, ownership dispute, or similar issue involving music originating from Booter Radio, please notify kevin@ktronixrepair.com as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed.

Use of Booter Radio Music

Unless separate written permission or a specific license states otherwise, Booter Radio music is provided primarily for listening, streaming, entertainment, and authorized promotional purposes.

You may not assume that access to a song gives you the right to:

• Sell or redistribute the song as your own.
• Upload the song to another music distributor under your name.
• Register the song with a performing rights organization, copyright registry, publishing administrator, Content ID system, or similar rights-management service as your exclusive property.
• Claim ownership of the recording, lyrics, composition, or arrangement.
• Place unauthorized copyright claims or Content ID claims against Booter Radio or other authorized users.
• Use the music in commercial advertising, television, film, paid media, games, applications, products, or other commercial productions without appropriate permission where such permission is required.
• Create unauthorized derivative commercial releases or substantially repackaged versions intended for resale.
• Remove ownership, attribution, licensing, or copyright information associated with the material.

Separate permission may be granted for specific uses.

Streaming, Sharing, and Personal Use

Listeners are generally welcome to enjoy Booter Radio programming and share official links to Booter Radio streams, pages, posts, or officially released songs.

Downloading, recording, rebroadcasting, restreaming, mirroring, or redistributing entire Booter Radio broadcasts or music libraries may require additional permission depending on the intended use.

Posting a link to Booter Radio is different from downloading and re-uploading Booter Radio content.

AI-Assisted Content

Booter Radio may use generative artificial intelligence and other computer-assisted creative tools during music production.

Because laws, platform policies, licensing standards, and copyright treatment of AI-assisted works continue to develop, Booter Radio does not guarantee that every jurisdiction, distributor, social platform, rights-management organization, or other third party will treat AI-assisted material in the same manner.

The use of AI-assisted tools does not mean that Booter Radio knowingly intends to imitate, impersonate, misrepresent, or infringe the work of any particular artist, performer, songwriter, producer, or rights holder.

Any resemblance to an existing recording, composition, voice, style, character, phrase, or other creative work may be coincidental unless expressly identified otherwise.

No Impersonation or Endorsement Intended

Songs may contain fictional characters, jokes, parody-like situations, nicknames, exaggerated personalities, references to friends or collaborators, or fictionalized versions of real situations.

Unless expressly stated, such material should not be interpreted as an official statement, endorsement, advertisement, biography, factual accusation, or representation made on behalf of any person, company, organization, manufacturer, or brand mentioned.

Explicit and Mature Content

Some Booter Radio songs may contain profanity, adult humor, dark humor, suggestive themes, satire, fictional violence, technical humor, or other material that may not be appropriate for all audiences.

Listener discretion is advised.

Third-Party Platforms

Booter Radio may be distributed, embedded, streamed, promoted, or linked through third-party platforms and services.

Those services operate under their own terms of service, copyright procedures, privacy practices, monetization policies, moderation systems, and licensing requirements.

Booter Radio does not control and is not responsible for the independent decisions, outages, restrictions, account actions, copyright systems, advertising decisions, recommendations, or enforcement actions of third-party platforms.

User Responsibility

Anyone who downloads, copies, republishes, broadcasts, synchronizes, edits, remixes, distributes, commercially exploits, or otherwise uses Booter Radio material is responsible for ensuring that their intended use complies with applicable laws, platform policies, contractual obligations, and any licensing requirements applicable to that use.

Permission granted for one use should not be interpreted as permission for every other use.

Limitation of Liability

Booter Radio content is provided on an "as available" basis for entertainment and related purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Booter Radio, K-Tronix, its operators, contributors, collaborators, creators, affiliates, and associated parties disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, redistribution, republication, or unauthorized exploitation of Booter Radio content.

Booter Radio is not responsible for claims, strikes, account restrictions, demonetization, revenue loss, platform penalties, business interruption, licensing disputes, or other consequences resulting from another person's unauthorized or improper use of Booter Radio material.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Good-Faith Rights Policy

Booter Radio does not knowingly seek to infringe valid intellectual property rights.

If a legitimate rights issue is identified, Booter Radio prefers that the affected party contact us directly so the matter can be investigated and addressed promptly.
